Currently they are approximately 1" too low. 2) Handrail mounted to the building along the ramp needs to be adjusted to meet fire code. Clearance between the wall of the building and surface of rail should be 2 1/4" minumum. Current clearance is approximately 1 7/8". 3) Install blocking at each end of the ramp handrail return along the open side. Contractor to call for re-inspection after corrections have been made. |
